The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a professional with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and processing sales orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track sales progress and address any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle post-sales support and follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
