· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
· Prepare communication material; such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence.
· Book travel arrangements.
· Visas applications.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc..
· Event planning â seminars, hotel reservation, inviting attendees, â¦
· Trademark Registration.
· Social Media Management (answer customers enquiries, prepare and coordinate with social media team on content,..)
· Websites Management ( items, logos,â¦)
· Recruitment (Job Posting, CV Selection)
· Attendance and vacations.
· Maintain both hard and digital copies of existing and new employees' records.
· CNSS Documents (new employee registration, leave, new born ,etcâ¦).
· Car Insurance and fuel refill, speed tickets.
. Assist Operations sales, and accounting department when needed.
. Coordinate with our outsourced companies for technical issues, contract renewals and maintenance.
. General requests on daily basis.

Maximum two years of experience.
