Responsibilities
â¢Assist in HR operations
â¢Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
â¢Generate reports
â¢Correspondence with third parties.
â¢Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
â¢Assist in operations activities for performance and service delivery activities.
â¢Contribute to the accurate and efficient operation of the Finance Office, including but not limited to filing and document management, office equipment management, data entry and database management
Qualifications:
â¢BA in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
â¢1 to 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
â¢Good communication and presentation skills
â¢Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
â¢Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
â¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
â¢Strong organizational and planning skills
â¢Proficient in MS Office
Our Attendance Program is full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, in Beirut
