Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients, we are seeking a passionate and driven Horeca Sales Manager to help us expand our market and strengthen relationships with our valued customers.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven FMCG Horeca Manager to oversee our Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channel sales and operations. The FMCG Horeca Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with Horeca customers, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in Horeca sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Horeca channel.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
· Lead and motivate a team of Horeca sales professional, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
· Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:
· Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.
· Proven 5 yearsâ experience in FMCG sales management, with a focus on Horeca channel.
· Strong understanding of Horeca industry dynamics, customer needs, and market trends.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
· Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
· Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
