About Qudra Qudra is a learning and development company on a mission to make world-class expertise more accessible, practical, and engaging. We work with a global network of 150+ experts who have held roles at leading companies and organizations, bringing their experience directly to professionals and teams through high-impact learning programs. Our programs span leadership, communication, negotiation, AI, strategy, HR, and other critical professional skills. We believe learning should be practical, engaging, and designed around real business challenges — not long hours of theory. As Qudra continues to grow across the region, we're looking for an experienced commercial leader to help us build and scale our client partnerships across MENA. The Role We are looking for a Head of Business Partnerships – MENA to take ownership of Qudra's commercial relationships and help drive our next stage of growth. This is a senior, full-time role for someone with significant commercial experience specifically within the HR, Learning & Development, corporate training, or professional learning industry , and an established understanding of how organizations across MENA buy and deploy learning solutions. You will own the business development cycle end-to-end: identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their learning and development priorities, shaping the right Qudra offering, developing proposals, negotiating opportunities, and closing partnerships. Beyond business development, you will work closely with Qudra's founders to translate client needs into compelling learning solutions, helping shape L&D proposals, recommend the right programs and curricula, and identify the most relevant expert profiles from Qudra's global network for each client. You will also own and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand Qudra's programs across teams, functions, and markets.

What You'll Do

- Lead Qudra's business development and partnership efforts across MENA, with a particular focus on the GCC.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and business leadership.
- Leverage your industry experience and network to open doors and develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Lead client conversations to deeply understand their organizational, talent, and learning needs.
- Work closely with Qudra's founders to design tailored L&D solutions for clients, including proposals, learning programs, curricula, delivery formats, and the selection of the right expert profiles.
- Own opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and initial meetings through solution design, proposals, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand partnerships across teams, programs, and markets.
- Maintain clear visibility over the commercial pipeline, priorities, next steps, and expected revenue.
- Gather client and market insights to help shape Qudra's programs, positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Represent Qudra in client meetings, conferences, events, and other relevant engagements across MENA.
- Help build the processes, tools, and commercial playbooks required to scale Qudra across the region. Who We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience , with significant experience in commercial, business development, sales, partnerships, or client leadership roles.
- Proven commercial experience within the HR, Learning & Development, corporate training, or professional learning industry is required.
- A strong track record of generating and closing business with corporate clients, ideally across the GCC and wider MENA region.
- An established network across HR, L&D, Talent, and/or senior business decision-makers is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of how corporate learning solutions are scoped, positioned, sold, and delivered.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders.
- Commercially driven and comfortable taking ownership of ambitious growth and revenue objectives.
- Highly proactive and independent, with the ability to build opportunities rather than wait for inbound demand.
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how Qudra grows.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC and wider MENA business landscape.
- Ability to travel frequently and at short notice across GCC and MENA markets, with the necessary travel documentation and visa eligibility to do so reliably.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Location This is a full-time, remote role . The position will involve regular travel across GCC and MENA markets for client meetings, pitches, workshops, and industry events. Candidates should therefore have the ability and appropriate travel documentation to travel frequently and reliably across the region. If you're an experienced HR or L&D commercial leader who wants to play a central role in building and scaling a growing learning business across MENA, we'd love to hear from you.
