Aspire Software is looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our team in Lebanon. Role Overview Looking for a backend-leaning full stack engineer who is strong in Java/Spring/Hibernate, has production React/Node experience, can design and refactor APIs and services, understands multi-tenant SaaS concerns, writes tests, owns feature quality, and can work effectively in a modernizing product environment. NET (Web Forms, MVC, or Web API) and .

- Comfortable prompting AI tools effectively for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation
- Able to critically evaluate AI-generated code knowing when to trust it, when to fix it, and when to throw it out
- Uses AI to move faster without sacrificing quality or understanding General
- Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- Good communication you can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in environments where legacy and modern systems coexist
