The People & Culture Executive provides day-to-day operational support across the employee lifecycle and helps ensure that People & Culture processes are delivered accurately, consistently and on time. The role supports onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits administration, employee documentation and offboarding, while serving as an accessible first point of contact for routine employee queries. Operating in a fast-paced and expanding hub environment, the role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality and a service-oriented mindset.
A Typical Day Will Include
Employee Lifecycle and Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including joining documentation, internal account and system setup requests, welcome communications, induction logistics and completion of required forms.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee files and ensure all required documentation is collected and properly stored.
- Support employee transfers, title changes, reporting-line changes and other employee movements by updating the relevant records and systems. People Operations and Administration
- Prepare routine employment letters, certificates and other employee documentation in line with approved templates and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and trackers and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
- Prepare monthly payroll input and supporting data for review.
- Support leave administration, attendance records and other recurring People Operations activities. Benefits, Insurance And Statutory Support
- Support medical insurance enrolment, removals, claims, reimbursements and employee queries.
- Coordinate joiner and leaver notifications for National Social Security Fund, insurance providers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and ensure changes are reflected accurately in records and systems. Offboarding and Employee Support
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including clearance, documentation, system deactivation requests and updates to employee records.
- Respond to routine employee queries and direct more complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate People & Culture team member.
- Support employee engagement activities, onboarding sessions and other People & Culture initiatives as required. Process Quality and Compliance
- Follow approved People & Culture policies, procedures and service standards in all employee transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with discretion.
- Identify recurring administrative issues and suggest practical improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR operations, employee lifecycle administration or a generalist support role.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits administration and employee documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with an HRIS is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage a high volume of activities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
- High level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality when handling employee information.
