Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Waiter to lead our service team in Downtown, Beirut. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring an excellent dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, customer-focused, and adept at leading a team effectively during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
  • Welcome guests and ensure professional, attentive service.
  • Assign tables and responsibilities to service staff.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally address requests or concerns.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth, timely service.
  • Train, guide, and motivate service staff and new team members.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper preparation of dining areas.
  • Verify order accuracy, presentation, and delivery.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff coordination.
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Efficiently manage busy shifts with a positive and professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum 6 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours including 12 hours shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
