At Digico Solutions, we’re on a mission to build intelligent solutions that transform businesses — and we’re looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and implement AI projects across their full lifecycle — from design and development to deployment.
- Build, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and LLM-based models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions.
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Fast API or Flask.
- Integrate and manage AI workloads using AWS cloud services.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best practices in development.
- Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in the rapidly evolving AI space.
Requirements
We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML development.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML model architectures, training, and evaluation techniques.
- Proven experience with Python, Git, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Strong client-facing communication skills — able to conduct assessments and translate complex ideas clearly.
- A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
