Lateral Relationships: Data Department – Operations Department – Marketing Department – Tech Department – Customer Happiness Department- HR Department

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting, organizing and assessing data regarding the expected short and medium-term production

Manages materials planning and sets clear performance standards

• Develops, coaches, and guides Executioners in the execution of strategic initiatives and the realization of department and company goals
• Lead business continuity plan process and promote the philosophy of safe team working and development across all activities in order to achieve business objectives, maintain and improve performance
• Lead process to define, track and report on business objectives in support of achieving department goals
• Responsible for leading , coordinating planning and schedule update and reporting status
• Provide necessary training for new Stores/Restaurants
• Collecting, organizing and assessing data regarding the expected short and medium-term production
• Responsible for leading and coordinating planning and schedule update and reporting status
• Area zoning for each restaurant/Store and setting Delivery charge based on each zone
• Track ETA, canceled orders, tackle and solve systems issues
• Follow up with Beirut’s Hub Coordinators
