Location: Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Lebanon, IL
Schedule: Full-Time Position Available

Your Role:
Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and other administrative duties as assigned
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and repair requests
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Perform additional duties as assigned in a team-oriented care environment
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred (other qualifying experience will be considered)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individual
Passionate about supporting residents and staff in a long-term care setting
