- Tuesday:8-5
- Wednesday:8-5
- Thursday:8-5
- Friday:8-3
Responsibilities
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field (Dental experience is a plus but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, take initiative, and embrace learning new dental operations and systems
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Dental Software
