Description

Role: Engineering Lead (.Net + ReactJS)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Required Skills : .Net Core, ReactJs, SQL, Azure, Team Management

Responsibility:

The Engineering Lead (Full-Stack) will be responsible for Analyzing, Designing, Coding and Testing various ongoing and future business requirements implementation and ensure the delivery is scalable and within scope(time and quality)
This is a 'hands-on' position where the Engineer will manage a team.

Job functions and responsibility :

Writing clean, well-thought-out design and code with a focus on quality, simplicity, & maintainability.
Considering the customer's perspective and experiences when designing systems.
Communicating effectively and partnering with other disciplines of the project team to deliver high-quality solutions from envisioning to deployment to live site availability.
Understanding and adapting to new technologies, tools, methods, and processes.
Evaluating technology and recommending for application architecture enhancements.
Adoption of latest Technology Patterns and Practices.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years of Experience in Design/Development/Testing of large/complex application using various Microsoft technologies (.Net Core, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, .NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, .NET Core SQL Server, etc.)
4 years (Mandatory) of Front-End development experience using:
- ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a solid understanding of Test Driven Development(TDD).
Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
Able to manage a cross-border team remotely.
