Aspire Software is looking for an Intermediate/Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
About the Job:
- Analyze Jira tickets and understand functional and technical requirements.
- Develop, test, and maintain application features.
- Participate in two-week development sprints.
- Contribute to code reviews and follow the team’s development standards.
- Collaborate with team members to propose robust, maintainable solutions aligned with client needs.
- Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and security.
- Clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, and technical arguments.
Requirements
- Experience in Java development.
- Availability during our working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with regular sprints.
- Strong team spirit, including mutual support, knowledge sharing, and participation in technical
- discussions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ability to communicate in French.
- Understanding of client realities and operational needs.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to defend and discuss ideas related to code, user experience, and security.
