Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist #### Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to support medical staff in clinical procedures, patient documentation, appointments, and overall healthcare operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth daily workflow, enabling medical staff to focus on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our healthcare team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. #### Responsibilities
• Assist medical staff with clinical procedures, including preparing patients, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, including medical records and test results
• Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures
• Ensure seamless communication between medical staff, patients, and families
• Provide administrative support to medical staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve team goals and objectives #### Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
