The Role:

Forget sitting behind a desk. We need a hands-on, proactive site leader who knows MEP inside and out. You will own the entire execution process for commercial restaurant fit-outs—from initial site preparation through installation, testing, and final handover.

What You'll Do

• Own the Site: Supervise daily operations, coordinate contractors, and keep trades moving seamlessly.
  
• Master the MEP: Manage technical electrical, plumbing, and gas requirements for high-spec commercial kitchen equipment.
  
• Prevent Delays: Read technical drawings, spot site bottlenecks before they happen, and lead equipment commissioning.
  

What You Bring

• 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record in site supervision, fit-outs, or MEP construction.
  
• Technical Edge: Practical knowledge of gas, electrical, and plumbing systems (commercial kitchen/hospitality experience is a huge plus).
  
• Execution Focus: Strong trade coordination, clear communication, and a valid driver's license.
