Born Interactive is looking for a motivated Junior
Account and Growth Executive with a Marketing or Business background and
a strong interest in digital media. This role is ideal for someone eager to
build a career in performance marketing, paid media, and account management
within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
the management of client accounts across different industries.
- Assist
in developing and executing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn,
TikTok, etc.).
- Help
define campaign objectives aligned with client business goals.
- Monitor
campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support
budget tracking and media spend allocation.
- Conduct
market research and gather insights on digital trends and competitors.
- Collaborate
with internal teams (media, creative, strategy) to ensure smooth campaign
execution.
- Learn
to analyze performance metrics and contribute optimization ideas.
Requirements
- BA
in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh
graduate or 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital media.
- Strong
interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Good
understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Analytical
mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good
communication skills.
- Excellent
command of English and Arabic. French is a plus.

Location
Position
based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel.
Candidates should be able to show outstanding organizational skills and keen
attention to detail. They have to communicate clearly and concisely with
diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, and show a flexible
attitude towards the agency's departments, teams and clients.
