About the Opportunity
OnDeck Solutions is partnering with a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, OH, to fill an immediate need for a COTA. This is a great opportunity for a therapy professional who thrives in a fast-paced SNF environment and wants flexible, well-compensated contract work without sacrificing quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents per the plan of care established by the supervising OT
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with PDPM, MDS, and payer requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (OT) to support resident goals
- Monitor and report resident progress, adjusting treatment approaches as directed
- Maintain productivity standards consistent with facility expectations
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with state practice act and facility policy
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered COTA license in OH
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior SNF or geriatric experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of PDPM and Medicare Part A/B documentation standards
- Reliable transportation to facility location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
