Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers as they arrive.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage items.
  • Set up dining areas before service and clear tables after meals.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests.
  • Monitor guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
