Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at Dr. Costi House of Beauty, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the clinic. Your responsibilities include ensuring a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for clients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

1. Perform daily cleaning tasks: Ensure treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas are clean and sanitized daily, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
   
2. Maintain clinic hygiene: Adhere to established cleaning procedures and guidelines, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a sanitary and hygienic environment.
   
3. Replenish supplies: Regularly restock essential items in treatment rooms, restrooms, and common areas, such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
   
4. Manage waste disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials safely and in compliance with clinic policies and local regulations.
   
5. Perform deep cleaning tasks: Conduct periodic deep cleaning activities like floor waxing, carpet cleaning, and window washing to maintain the clinic's overall appearance and cleanliness.
   
6. Coordinate with clinic staff: Communicate and collaborate with other clinic staff members to efficiently complete cleaning tasks without disrupting ongoing services or operations.
   
7. Report maintenance issues: Identify and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to the Maintenance Officer.
   
8. Adhere to safety standards: Follow established safety protocols and regulations, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment and handling cleaning materials with care to minimize risks.
   
9. Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
   

Requirements

Education & Experience

●       High school diploma or equivalent

●       Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles

Competencies & Skills

●       Bilingual in English and Arabic (French language is a plus) for effective communication with diverse patients and staff.

●       Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment applicable to a clinical setting to maintain a hygienic environment.

●       Excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clinic.

●       Strong time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently for effective cleaning schedules.
