Job Overview
The Hoyt Agency (Farmers Insurance) is hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team We enjoy a fast-paced, competitive and lively office. We believe in having fun. We hold each other accountable.
If you have a Property & Casualty Insurance License, sales experience and personal ambition we want to hear from you This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Property & Casualty License Required
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license REQUIRED
- Coachable and humble attitude - open to constructive criticism
- Honest and possessing high integrity
- Self-starter with a sense of drive
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process
- Ensure accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database
- Establish networking relationships with key partners -Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers.
- Uphold the agency's reputation in front of clients and expect great things from your coworkers behind the scenes.
