Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
Experience in the security industry is preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
