Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple outlets of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, managing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets within the assigned area.
Ensure all restaurants meet company standards in service, quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to achieve business goals.
Monitor sales performance, P&L, budgets, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Drive compliance with operational policies, health & safety, and food safety standards.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand guidelines, and customer service standards.
Plan, coordinate, and support new outlet openings, including recruitment and training.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational consistency.
Build strong customer relationships and address escalated customer concerns.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and local campaigns.
Report performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in QSR / fast casual dining, with at least 2+ years in multi-unit management.
Strong understanding of QSR operations, food safety, and customer service excellence.
Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive profitability.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

Experience with international QSR/franchise operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of Lebanon’s F&B market trends and consumer behavior.
Flexible, hands-on leadership style with attention to detail.
