Responsibilities

• Work closely with the internal team to understand and fulfill the company’s website requirements and objectives. 
  

• Convert specifications into scalable, efficient code, incorporating AI where beneficial. 
  

• Develop and enhance front-end and back-end functionalities of websites. 
  

• Ensure websites are responsive across various browsers and optimized for speed. 
  

• Continuously update and refine the company’s digital platforms. 
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and post-launch phases. 
  

• Stay abreast of technological advancements, especially in AI, to apply best practices. 
  

• Ensure the quality and reliability of website functionalities through rigorous testing. 
  

• Engage in collaborative work with designers, developers, and key stakeholders.

• To ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
  

• To determine risks and opportunities for processes. Prepare and implement action plans

• To ensure that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes are planned and implemented
  

• To report all detected non-conforming outputs related to QMS to their direct supervisors and to handle the cases according to each process.
  

• To communicate to direct supervisor or concerned manager if there is any room/opportunity for improvement.
  

Requirements

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrable experience in web development with a focus on AI integration. 
  

• Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail. 
  

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. 
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently. 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. 
  

• Fluent in Arabic and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development languages. 
  

• Experienced with front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
