3D Animator

Job brief


We are seeking to hire a dedicated "3D Animator" for our client who is a regional Technology Consulting firm, with its HQ in Dubai, UAE. The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon.


Responsibilities

• Designing 3D animations using specialized computer animation programs
• Working with a team of animators, designers, and developers to turn animations into a fully functional product for project requirements delivery
• Selecting and adjusting colors, fonts, lighting, shadows, images, and layouts based on brand guidelines
• Ensuring projects are completed promptly and are of high quality
• Receiving feedback from clients and the rest of the design staff and incorporating the responses into project edits.
• Creating and designing storyboards into animated objects and sequences
• Using a wide range of media and design software to create animated characters, scenes and graphics
• Managing files, animation libraries, and updating procedures documentation
• Integrating sound and syncing dialogue
• Suggesting and implementing best practices and optimizations throughout animation projects
• Researching subjects to ensure accurate animated representations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science or a related field
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience
• Having an artistic eye and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programs; Mari, Adobe Suite, Maxon, CrazyTalk, or Autodesk Maya
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Ability to work very well as a Team
• Time management, multitasking, and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of animation layouts, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Ability to visualize 3D iterations of two-dimensional storyboards and artwork
