Job Description
Results-driven hospitality professional with comprehensive experience in managing all operational, administrative, and service aspects of a private members’ country club. Oversaw multi-departmental functions including sports and recreation, food & beverage operations, member relations, facilities maintenance, and staff leadership to deliver a world-class club experience.
Qualifications
Sports & Recreation Management: Supervised gym, tennis, paddle, swimming, and fitness programs. Developed partnerships with coaches and trainers, optimized scheduling, and ensured compliance with safety and quality standards.
F&B Operations: Directed the performance of restaurants, lounges, and catering services; collaborated with chefs and service staff to maintain premium service standards, cost efficiency, and consistency across outlets and events.
Member Experience: Built a strong culture of hospitality and exclusivity by ensuring personalized service for members and their families. Implemented feedback systems and engagement programs that enhanced satisfaction and retention.
Maintenance & Facilities Oversight: Managed preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all club assets and amenities, coordinating with engineering and external vendors to uphold safety, hygiene, and visual excellence.
