Chief Dispatcher

We are looking for a Chief Dispatcher to manage and coordinate our restaurant delivery operations.

Compensation

$700 Basic Salary + Transportation

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
  • Assign orders efficiently to moto drivers.
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with drivers and restaurant staff.
  • Handle delays and delivery issues promptly.
  • Manage driver schedules and availability.
  • Ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Maintain clear communication and accurate order tracking.
  • Help improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous dispatch or delivery experience is a must (3+ years).
  • Experience with major delivery companies such as Toters, Talabat, Wakilni, D2D Delivery, or On Time Delivery is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing moto drivers and restaurant delivery operations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
