Our client specialized in Chillers Air conditioner distributions is looking for a "HVAC Chiller Maintenance Manager" to join their team in Beirut, Lebanon.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains all the air condition systems of all type projects (chilled water, VRV, etc.) along with their distribution network (piping systems, pumps, etc.,) in addition to refrigeration systems.
- Performs all required period inspection of air condition systems.
- Supervises and tracks the preventive maintenance and repairs programs for all the air condition systems and equipment.
- Training the maintenance team on safety and the measures to improve work efficiency and excellence.
- Issue reports based on each site visit.
- Follow major problems (service &installation after handing over).
- Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality and safety control processes.
Skills:
- Leadership: oversee, motivate and lead the team.
- Communication: convey information in a clear and concise manner to managers, employees and clients.
- Problem solving: identify and develop solutions to challenges.
- Organization: prioritize work effectively, manage multiple projects at once and schedule of their team their weekly maintenance and repairs.
Related Experience:
- Five to Seven years of experience in chiller machines.
- Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education:
- BS. in Mechanical Engineering.
Abilities:
- Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
- Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
