- Perform a variety of manicure services, including classic, gel, acrylic, and decorative nail treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, nail conditions, and desired outcomes
- Recommend appropriate nail care products and maintenance schedules
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and spa services
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless client experiences
- Document client service history and preferences for personalized follow-up Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a spa or beauty environment
- Proven expertise in performing manicures, including gel, acrylic, and decorative techniques
- Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, hygiene practices, and infection control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
