Job Title: Interior Designer/ Interior Architect Location: Ashrafiyeh, Beirut, Lebanon Job Description:We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing interior spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.Responsibilities:Meet with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budget.Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients for approval.Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and color schemes.Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design intent is carried through construction and installation phases.Prepare and present project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technology to continuously innovate and improve design solutions.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Application Process: Please submit your resume,and portfolio detailing your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this position. RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.Detail -oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial awareness.Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
