Technical Supervisor

Monitor and track on a daily and hourly basis the technicians on site according to the application and other monitoring sheets. (starting with technicians first visit and closing the day by last customers)
2. Daily supervision of service tickets per customer, highlighting: (Time In -Time out, Map, products used, observations, follow-up and coordinate accordingly with CS and SM.
3. Inspection for commercial and key residentials outlets with the coordination of Sales Manager and submit the findings/recommendations and products to be used for the period of contract.
4. Responsible on Technicians quality output and callbacks from customers.
5. Responsible on training (at the office and on site) of the team and handle certificates distribution.
6. Coordination with CS and SM to finalize essential reports.
7. Daily meeting with the technicians with the presence of SM and CS, discussing daily issues and prepare the plan for next day.
8. Assist with troubled accounts in the field; identify and correct quality issues that are observed and report damage claims to manager as needed.
9. Follow up the audit system set by TNL on a monthly basis for technicians, cars, inventory, etc
10. Make sure of the presence of all materials needed to do the right service.
11. Responsible for car maintenance /equipment/stock and cleanliness randomly
12. Random follow up on technicians and clients after treatment in the market and direct report to the management.
13. Recruit, hire, train and develop qualified service personnel along with sureness of productive new technicians.
14. Responsible on call backs and follow up till it will be solved with coordination of CS.
15. Random market visit targeting outlets (discussed with CS+SM) and fill monitoring sheet indicating device monitoring. /Mystery shopper task.
16. Getting leads in the region and register on the system.
17. Assure the delivery of daily reports such as Fleet stock, fuel, accessories, return devices, etc.
18. Working hours Monday till Saturday with prompt reply to any call back and give direction
