Position SummaryThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the HR strategy, policies, and programs at site level, ensuring they are adapted and deployed effectively to support business objectives. The role advises and supports site managers on all people -related matters, manages recruitment activities, and drives continuous improvement across all HR processes.ResponsibilitiesContribute to business strategyand ensure the HR annual plan aligns with site objectives.Develop, adapt, and implementcommunication and change management initiatives.Design and implement the HRorganization structure and processes.Perform HR reporting,forecasting, analysis, and benchmarking.Coordinate HR activities duringbusiness transformations, including people impact analysis and action plans.Develop and execute sourcingstrategies and validate open position requests.Manage job pricing and design paypackages for new hires; negotiate offers with candidates.Oversee recruitment processes,participate in interviews, and support managers in final selections.Lead performance managementprocesses, including calibration and communication on compensation andbenefits.Drive leadership, career, andknowledge management initiatives.Conduct competency and skills gapanalyses and define learning and development guidelines.Support managers in employeedevelopment plans and succession planning.Ensure compliance with health,safety, social, and legal requirements.Act as a point of contact forinternal communications and employer branding.Manage employee relations,including complaints, discipline, conflict resolution, and labor agreements.Contribute to employeesatisfaction surveys and related action plans.Develop standards for personneladministration, time management, and payroll.Oversee external suppliermanagement as needed.Contribute to HR informationsystems, reporting, and KPI analysis. RequirementsDegree or Master's in HumanResources or Management.At least 10 years of progressiveexperience in HR management roles.Demonstrated track record ininternational environments and within industrial companies (mandatory).Fluent in Arabic and English;French is a plus.Proven skills in changemanagement, financial acumen, and strategic thinking.Strong influencing, groupawareness, teamwork, and coaching abilities.Effective people management anddevelopment capabilities.Excellent management andcommunication skills.Solid business understanding andclient focus.
