Founded in 1996 by a visionary and passionate entrepreneurial family, Native Blooms is one of the pioneering rose farms in Ecuador whose primary objective from the onset was to grow and market über quality fresh-cut Ecuadorian roses. Native Blooms maintains a perfect balance between the artisanal rose-growing tradition, nimble size and latest technology while respecting and protecting the environment. One of Native Blooms distinctive features is that its two high-altitude farms are nestled in the slopes of the Cotopaxi and Cayambe volcanoes, benefitting from the unique microclimates of the two finest rose-growing regions in Ecuador.
Job DescriptionIf you are a highly proactive, creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual, this position is for you. We are looking for someone to help us create and implement strategies for social media growth and efficiency, manage content creation, and assist in other responsibilities within the Marketing department.
-Research and stay updated on social media trends.
-Create and implement strategies for social media growth.
-Generate content for social media platforms.
-Produce metric reports and key performance indicator (KPI) results for social networks.
-Identify and contact influencers for strategic collaborations.
-Organize and coordinate photoshoot sessions.
-Create moodboards for photo and video shoots.
-Develop email marketing strategies and content.
-Assist with other tasks within the Marketing department.

Qualifications-Marketing & Communication professional.
-2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
-Expert in social media management, creation, and strategy implementation.
-Excellent proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
-Understanding of SEO and website and social media traffic.
-Expert in email marketing strategies.
-Proficient in automated email platforms.
-Familiarity with web development.
-Proficiency in graphic design software and content creation tools.
-Knowledge of photography and video production.
-Attention to detail.
-Strong time management skills.
