Purchasing Specialist

IT Purchasing Officer - Corniche El Mazraa

In this position you will source suppliers  to create purchase requisitions and process purchase orders. You may work on Requests for Quotes (RFQs) or other procurements, and will monitor and track invoices to ensure that payment is made timely.

Salary $600 to $1200 Monthly

Qualifications:A bachelor's degree from a college or university in the areas of computer science, management of information systems, computer engineering, computer information systems, or information technology, with one year of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, project management, or data analysis; or,
A bachelor's degree from a college or university in an unrelated field, with two years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, project management, or data analysis; or,
Professional experience as described above can substitute on a year for year basis for the required college education.
General knowledge of the State of Florida procurement process including procurement, purchasing and invoicing
Two years of experience with processing purchase requests.
