Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify emerging sectors and high-potential investment opportunities
- Evaluate startup business models, management teams, and competitive positioning to inform investment strategies
- Analyze financial statements, valuation metrics, and key performance indicators of target companies
- Prepare detailed written reports and compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance and track industry trends to support ongoing investment decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment partners and portfolio companies to provide strategic insights
- Stay current with venture capital market developments, regulatory changes, and innovative financing structures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a venture capital analyst, investment researcher, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and industry due diligence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and influence
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or CFA designation
- Familiarity with global startup ecosystems and emerging technologies
