Company Description

We are looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Officer to join our growing team.

Job Description

  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on deliveries

  • Source and evaluate suppliers

  • Request and compare quotations

  • Negotiate prices and terms when needed

  • Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational needs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in purchasing and/or procurement

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of suppliers and market sourcing

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or manufacturing is a plus
