Data Analyst

Position Objective:
To analyze retail performance data, develop automated reports, and provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making within the space planning function.

• Manage and maintain retail data sets related to store layouts, category performance, and space productivity.
• Conduct detailed analyses of sales, space utilization, and category share to optimize planogram efficiency.
• Create and automate dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for internal and cross-departmental use.
• Support the Retail Space Planning team by translating data insights into practical layout recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates across all reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and finance teams to ensure unified performance tracking metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.
• High accuracy in data entry, cross-checking, and reporting.
• Experience in retail or FMCG environments is a strong advantage.
