₋ Assisting the HR Recruiter in sourcing candidates
₋ Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels
₋ Sorting and screening candidate resumes
₋ Scheduling phone or in-person interviews
₋ Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process
₋ Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates
₋ Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities
₋ Participating and networking at various recruiting events
₋ Using recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities
₋ Maintaining and updating candidate database
₋ Updating the Ideal Structure as per Tawfeer Guidelines
₋ Identify potential candidates in line with the recruitment plan and coordinate the same with the concerned HOD; Review applications and CVs; Evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations based on the applicant qualifications & preliminary interview as well as conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
₋ Prepare employment offers and contracts after completion of the selection process.
₋ Following up with the required documents of the new joiners.
₋ Following up with the Probation Period process, including the preparation of probation confirmation.
₋ Prepare Acceptance of Resignation, and ensure the Off-Boarding process is completed.
₋ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
₋ Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
₋ Familiarity with recruiting software like LinkedIn
₋ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
₋ Good time management and organizational skills
₋ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
₋ Excellent networking and presentation skills
₋ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
₋ A team player as well as able to work independently
₋ Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
