Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate and complete audits.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Support tax preparation and filings.
Develop internal controls and process improvements.
Mentor junior accounting staff and support their development.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred).
4 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
