The Sales Associate & Promoter is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, this hybrid role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude
Responsibilities
Greet customers,
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle customer questions, concerns,
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Actively promote products through demonstrations, sampling, and direct customer engagement.
Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and convincingly.
Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the management team.
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, samples) when required.
Participate in events, activations, mall stands, or in store campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
