Our Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and support one or more Crews. The Scrum Master plays a critical role in enabling productivity, improving communication, and supporting a culture of adaptability, transparency, and accountability.

By facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and coaching team members, the Scrum Master ensures that the team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business expectations.

Day to day you will

• Facilitate Agile Planning & Execution

• Prepare and facilitate Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Proxy Product Owner (PPO).

• Ensure Crew members are briefed on upcoming features, business priorities, technical debt, and corrective maintenance.

• Support the team in drafting Sprint goals and realistic Sprint plans based on capacity and constraints.

• Identify and manage risks and issues during planning and execution.

• Lead Agile Rituals and facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies

• Coach & Collaborate fostering collaboration with external stakeholders

• Improve Flow of Work, building and maintaining an effective Scrum board used consistently across rituals.

• Build and maintain an effective Scrum Board used consistently across rituals.

• Implement workflow metrics to assess and optimize team performance.

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks to enhance throughput and delivery speed.

• Escalate Impediments, proactively identifying issues the Crew cannot resolve alone.

• Follow Through on Continuous Improvement, document and track action items from retrospectives.

• Monitor progress to ensure completion and integrate lessons learned into future sprints.

About you

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).

• Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.

• Strong coaching skills, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.

• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.

• Experience in high-tech, engineering, or defense industries.

• Experience with metrics-driven team improvement.
