Dash Recruits Field Sales Representative (Pest Control)
Our client is a leading pest-control service provider. As part of its growth plan, the company is hiring a Field Sales Representative to develop new business and manage relationships with residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers for pestcontrol services by visiting homes, shops, restaurants, hotels and warehouses.
- Conduct site inspections, identify pest issues and propose tailored service packages.
- Build longterm relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule treatments and follow up on service effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals and contracts; report weekly to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales (ideally in services such as pest control, facilities management, cleaning or home maintenance).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to educate clients about pest-control solutions and safety.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, persuasive and adept at working independently to meet targets.
