Key Responsibilities:
- Record stock in/out using Excel or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Support inventory checks and reconciliations
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and delivery teams
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or delays
- Assist in preparing dispatch and receiving documentation
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma (technical degree is a plus)
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, data entry)
- 0 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control practices
