The Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency within Capital Partners. This role involves organizing and coordinating office operations, managing schedules, and providing support to various departments, ensuring smooth collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronically and physically, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage schedules and appointments for executives and team members, optimizing time management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, promoting a welcoming environment.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reconciliations for office-related expenses.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to enhance productivity and organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
