We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, demonstrating proficiency in architectural design, project management, and technical drawing.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Project Architect role is to oversee the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they align with client specifications, meet regulatory standards, and are within budget constraints. This role also requires proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and Revit, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders such as clients, engineers, and construction teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the design and execution of architectural projects
- Ensure projects meet client specifications, regulatory standards, and budget constraints
- Demonstrate strong skills in architectural design, project management, and technical drawing
- Utilize software tools like AutoCAD and Revit for project execution
