From our Sucafina Center of Excellence in Beirut you will join colleagues with a shared vision: Helping Beyers Koffie to be the leading, sustainable private label coffee roaster in Europe. The organization has been increasingly internationalizing in recent years.
Today, Beyers - as part of Sucafina Group - has grown into the largest coffee roaster in Belgium and a major player in the European private label coffee market. Job DescriptionSummary of the role
This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career professional eager to build a strong foundation in accounting, manufacturing finance, and SAP systems. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, adaptability, and passion for learning, while demonstrating integrity, humility, and accountability in supporting accurate financial reporting and operational analysis, in collaboration within and outside the Finance team.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Post and process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Record bank statements and ensure proper cash transaction posting
- Prepare and perform monthly GL Accounts reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances
- Issue and process sales invoices in accordance with company policies and timelines
- Support month-end closing processes, taking ownership and accountability for timely and accurate deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–1 year of accounting, finance, or internship experience
- Strong desire to learn manufacturing accounting and SAP systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop advanced skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethics with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to grow within the team and stay in the position for a minimum of 2 years.

- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Aptitude for working in a fast paced, very dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated
Languages
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Knowledge of any other language is a plus (French)
