SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine  We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.  Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities

Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and selfWork with other employees in a team to complete assignmentsPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work areaFollow all company procedures, policies, and rulesTake direction and respond to supervisionTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional mannerFill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenanceSupport shift lead in completing punch-list itemsUse proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasksPresent a professional appearance and conductUnderstand customer service and satisfaction.Understand reporting systems, and of the environmentOperate motorized cleaning equipmentMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areaPerform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooringComplete work assignments in a timely mannerUtilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedureUse and maintain equipment properlyOperate and maintain all equipment correctly and safelyAlways observe safety precautions, using safety signs "wet floor"Ability to work without normal supervisionReport safety hazards as appropriate QualificationsExperience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred . Floor Care experience and using machinery Drivers License Required, General Knowledge of Care Floor and Scrubbing Techniques  Compensation: $18.00-$18.50 per hour Shift Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
