Responsibilities:
- Monitor and observe employees computer activity during working hours in accordance with company policies.
- Take clear and accurate notes about any unusual or concerning activity and inform the Team Leader/Senior Operator.
- Prepare short daily or shift-based reports.
Requirements:
- Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Confident computer user (Microsoft Office, basic online tools).
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stay focused.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Conditions:
- Shift schedule: 2 days work / 2 days off (2/2) 12 hours/ mixed shift.
