Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and encouraging professional growth.
  2. Store Operations and Sales Performance:
    • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and drive overall store profitability.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays and product placement reflect the brand image.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner, resolving conflicts when necessary.
    • Train and empower the team to deliver personalized service, exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Staff Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date with product information and brand promotions.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the store.
  5. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with the buying team to optimize stock levels and assortments.
    • Implement effective stock replenishment strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Ensure accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • knowledge in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
