CGK Linens is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand focused on high-quality home goods. We are on a mission to dominate the TikTok landscape and are looking for a world-class operator to lead that charge.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Director of Commerce (TikTok) to own TikTok as a revenue channel end-to-end. You will be responsible for scaling our TikTok presence from ~$2K/day to $50K–$200K+/day by building a high-performance engine across TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates, and paid media.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Director of Commerce (TikTok) specifically with these requirements:
Revenue & Growth Ownership: Setting revenue targets and forecasting growth to turn TikTok into a $10M–$30M+ annual business line.
Creator & Affiliate Engine: Recruiting and managing TikTok creators to act as a scalable sales force.
Paid Media & Creative Scaling: Launching Spark Ads and running high-velocity creative tests to amplify top-performing content.
TikTok Shop Strategy: Developing winning offers, bundles, and promotions designed specifically for TikTok buying behavior.
Systems Building: Creating SOPs and reporting dashboards for ROAS, creator performance, and funnel metrics.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own TikTok as a standalone P&L channel with full accountability for sales, margins, and growth.
Scale revenue from ~$2K/day to $50K–$200K/day+ via TikTok Shop, affiliates, and paid media.
Set revenue targets, growth plans, and accurate forecasting for the channel.

TikTok Shop & Offer Strategy
Build and optimize TikTok Shop as a primary sales and distribution channel.
Develop winning offers and bundles specifically designed for TikTok buying behavior.
Coordinate with the supply chain to align inventory and pricing with TikTok demand.

Creator & Affiliate Engine
Recruit and manage a high-performance network of 50–500+ creators and affiliates.
Build repeatable systems for outreach, briefing, scripts, and commission payments.
Track performance to turn creators into a scalable, direct sales force.

Paid Media & Creative Scaling
Launch and manage Spark Ads to amplify top-performing creator and UGC content.
Run high-velocity creative testing (dozens per week) to rapidly scale winners.
Continuously optimize CPA, ROAS, AOV, and blended margins.

Funnel & Monetization
Optimize the full buyer journey from ad/TikTok Shop to checkout and upsells.
Improve AOV, repeat purchase rates, and LTV for all TikTok-sourced customers.

Team & Systems
Develop SOPs and dashboards for revenue, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
Create performance tracking systems for the creator and affiliate network

You're not a fit for this role if…
You haven't personally scaled a brand to $500k-$1M+/month on TikTok.
You lack hands-on experience driving ROAS for physical product/e-commerce brands.
You are looking for a content creation or social media management role rather than a P&L role.
You struggle with high-velocity creative testing or managing high-volume affiliate outreach.
